I'm right-handed but left eye dominant and own a Nugget.

I can sight the rifle with my right eye, but it's really hard to do unless my left eye is closed. Is there a way to help overcome this, or is shooting with one eye closed fine for a Nugget?

Being cross dominant doesn't mean you're suddenly blind in one eye. Doesn't even necessarily mean that you have poor vision in your non-dominant eye. Hell, just squinting your dominant eye just a little is usually enough for your brain to switch to the other eye, so this isn't even a problem outside of competition shooting.

Just kidding I actually am not that good. Although after about going to the range a total of like 10-15 times in my life, I get a pretty good grouping with pistols at 10 yards. Can easily get all shots within the head.

When I was a kid I was actually a natural. Lost it a little as I got older, also real guns have recoil.

What guns explicitly can't be shot left handed? Bolt guns from standing is the only thing that might be difficult, and even then it's hardly a hassle unless you're going for really quick followup shots.
