This baby arrived at the ffl saturday. Picked it up today.
Along with 3 boxes of cheapo winchester buckshot and cheapo winchester slugs.
>>31087558
saw it off
>>31087558
Oh buddy, you're in for a treat.
If you haven't heard me say it before, be sure to fully work the lever. That last 1/8th inch can be and often is the difference between clean ejection and a jam. So don't be ginger with it.
>>31087558
I got 40 rounds 30-06 made in the 30s, 2 old AR Uppers (a Colt 601 and a no name A1) and 2 older AR stock sets
Oh and I got this Type 30 from Ian.
>>31087558
that shotgun is sexy as fuck.........
>>31087597
no you didnt
>>31087558
How much was she?
>>31087629
Pretty sure I did.
Just got the sks over the weekend. All matching serial #'s and pristine barrel. Also got to use the grenade launcher when I went shooting
>>31087640

cheap ass century lever action shitgun
wew
Savage Axis XP 6.5 Creedmoor
i love my new baby
>>31087558
Welcome to the wonderful world of 1887 ownership. They're picky about ammunition. Remington works well in my experience because their hull tend to be slightly shorter than most. As others have said, don't be afraid to really work that lever.
>>31087566
May buy a second one just to do that.
>>31087575
Thanks
>>31087628
I know anon
>>31087640
$317 from buds
>>31087558
I own one
Cycle it a bunch with snapcaps to break it in, keep action oiled.
Also dont fire slugs or heavy buckshot, the handguard screws will break and century will fuck you over
>>31087782
Shit, really? Guess I'll save the slugs and buck for the mossberg.
>>31087782
>Century will fuck you over
Whats new
>>31087727
I like your cat.
Used Norinco 1911, aka my first handgun. The magpul grips are exceptionally ugly, but will do until I finish making my own grips. Waiting on ammo to come in now.
>>31087558
Nice, I ordered mine on j&g. Firearms magazine (used to be shotgun news) always have ads for this stuff. They also have some surplus cz's again.
http://www.k-var.com/shop/VPR-76239-01.html
It's in the mail
bought myself an M&P 15 Sport II with a vortex red dot. Did I do okay for first rifle?
>>31087877
Thanks. She just showed up and decided to stay.
>>31087917
>model of the 1911a1
Always loved that.
>>31087673
so close to quints
>>31087558
speaking of lever guns, just got this Marlin .30-30. Shot her today, feels really smooth.
>>31088207
Yeah. If only the bolt matches. And the firing pin wasn't clipped.
My newest toy, Yugo NPAP underfolder, hnnnng
>>31087558
Is that the Terminator's shotty?
>>31087705
>Poor people with mismatched socks can't enjoy guns too.
Come on, be happy for him and his cowboy gun.
Nobody will be able to see his socks when he gets his boots on and his spurs go jingle jangle jingle.
>>31089939
Yeah, IIRC they used a cut down 10 gauge with an enlarged lever loop for the movie.
>>31087558
aw i always wanted one. Take good care of it.
>>31087566
IM GONNA SAW OFF YOUR HEAD YOU PIECE OF SHIT
>>31087717
>That Patrick Nagel print on your wall
>>31087558
Do they offer 1887 levergats with a field length barrel. 18.5 inches of fuck you is fun for blasting imaginary home invaders, but I would like something for clays and hunting
>>31087717
You look like a tard just for future references.
>>31087673
>>31087597
>that chrysanthemum
fuck you
sincerely,
a jealous type 99 owner
>>31088300
Model 3000 or Model 336?
>>31090847
30aw, kind of a 336
>>31092522
oh sorry, 30as
>>31090731
Not really
>>31090841
If you look closely you'll notice that the mum is defaced with the "de-arsenal" cannon ball stack.
>>31087558
Lever action shotguns are my fetish
>>31090731
Chiappa does.

Why are americans so bad at interior design ?
Who the fuck puts a threadmill there ? And those retarded pieces of (((art))). Nice gun and all OP, but next thread make sure to post with your recently acquired new interior.
>>31094282
I've got a tanning bed that I never use sitting next to a full sized soda vending machine in my living room.
>>31094282
American homes tend to become hoarder storage because they're too large to know what to do with all that space.
>>31094304
You must be a bachelor and legally blind at the same time.
>>31094694
Quite interesting. Here in Western Europe we are also covered in an avalanche of faggot home decoration shit and people are incredibly self conscious over it.
Thanks for the explanation.
>>31094282
>>31094694
>>31094947
Bear in mind that carpeted flooring immediately makes any space look a million times worse.
>>31087558
>dat shotty
I've been wanting one, but have yet to find one local. Are they good?
>>31089941
As he goes right merrily along!
>>31088106
Cats are good at that.
>>31095800
But 200x comfier
>>31095800
It's a fun shooter but I wouldn't pay over $350 for one. Might need a little TLC on the inside to get it running 100% smoothly.
Even in peak condition a pump action is faster and more reliable, so it's a range toy for me.
>>31088300
>cheeta print AR
where can i get my raifu cerakoted this way?
>>31094694
>>31094947
Can attest
Amerifat here with a 2-story 4-bedroom home, we are awash with useless shit
>>31095800
As a range toy and curiosity they're pretty hard to beat. You can use them for more serious work but they won't be as good as most other shotguns.
Still one of the most fun guns I own though.
>>31087558
> no horseback loop
you should get one
>>31094282
We buy big places and then indiscriminately throw furniture and objects within.
>>31094947
i think the better explanation is consumerism and always wanting more- which includes things and space.
I panic bought this upper for $300 and the lower build kit for $139 shipped a week after Orlando. Never did I think a solid free floated AR could be had for about the same (or less) than a Wasr 10. Crazy times!
Just bought this CZ 75 short rail a couple weeks ago. And today, I found out that the Gander Mountain near me had a Sig 551. Gonna try and get a diopter rear sight and a front sight for it.
>>31096733
Go all out and have a Swiss rear sight welded on. You'll need it to match up correctly with a Swiss front sight.
Colt Official Police in .38 Special.
Savage FV-SR with accoutrements and an X22 stock.
>>31087674
yugo sks best sks. dont forget about the night sights!
>>31098026
That's a beautiful gun, anon.
Family friend was a Detroit cop, that was her service pistol.
I think I've only had more fun with a SAA.
>>31096321
Do you know what handguard it is? Looks like something I might want to pick up.
>>31087597
fellow type 99 owner with a scratched off 'mum
what the hell is the hole(s) on the receiver for?
Munched through 200 rounds like a champ on the first outing today.
Traded my poorfag Rock Island GI 1911 and a small grip of cash for this M70 NPAP. How'd I do?
Got a Gew 88 the other day.
Now I just need some ammo......
>>31087558
I had one of those.
Out of the box i had to speed a weekend on it to get it to work.
It did not suit my needs for SASS shooting so i sold it for what i payed for it a month later.
It was a fun toy but i just could not get the hang of loading only 2 shells at a time. the issues i was having was the gun was functioning as it was ment to.
When timing myself after practicing with it i was almost twice as fast with my 97 pump.
Though one day i will buy myself a chiappa fast load 1887 when money is less of an issue.
>>31098000
First I would have to find an original rear sight, then I would have to find a gun smith who would be willing to weld it on for me. Seems like a lot of work. I was considering some thing like this
http://mfiap.com/i-23899510-set-mfi-sig-556-rear-diopter-sight-rail-with-sig-sans-550-sg-551-style-hooded-front-sight-no-fiber-optic-black.html
Bought this (Whitneyville) Rolling Block. Just arrived yesterday.
I still need to properly clean the bore, and get some reloading tools as it's a black powder rifle.
>>31100263
Gas vents in case of a case rupture.
>>31087717
Post cock
Just got this Brit Bong Mk.III* at a gun show in Wisconsin. Nice condition and the barrel is perfect. All matching numbers and my .303 Lee Loader plus a bayonet and sling are in the mail.
God bless America.
[Side note, sorry about mess and phome quality picture. Just moved and my digital camera is still boxed up.]
Winchester 1300 Defender for $360
No picture because 10 day waiting period.
It's my first gun and I know jack shit about firearms. How do these compare to Mossberg 500s and Remington 870s?
>>31100456
That wood turns me on, dayum
>>31095941
Oh aint he's glad he's single!
>>31103955
Dude whats the date/manufacturer?
The stock disc is repro which makes me wonder if this puppy has been restored at some point.
>>31105278
Defender is a lot slicker/faster with the action, lighter too.
From what I remember it feeds the Aguila mini-shells just fine, and holds a lot of them!
>>31100456
Date an arsenal pls!
Also, if its got a big "S" on the receiver then it uses the standard .323 bullets: this means commercial ammo will work fine.
Without the S, its got a .318 bore and you're in for a bad time.
Get smart fast

I actually have something I need to unbox. Put in this thread or make my own unboxing one?
Hint: Its two American mid-century modern pieces
>>31087558
>babyfirst rifle
decided on a FNAR
>>31100423
not a bad deal, if the rifle issnt fucked and the "small grip of cash" is no more than $100
>>31087673
Nice quads, chrysanthamum-san
Was given this while I was cleaning out my mother in laws garage.
Just got this P38 a few days ago. AC43, third variation grips, parts-matching with a Walther mag, and the damn thing is spotless barring the import mark on the front strap. Looks like it's got the original finish too - no factory refurb, no civvie blueing job, no nothing. Cost me all of $500 at Gander Mountain, and they have an almost-as-pristine Spreewerke for the same price. I keep trying to convince myself not to get the fucking thing...
>>31108391
You did bad
>>31087597
Neat, I found this one in a barn and restored it to not completely rusted condition.
>>31096026
Looks like the cheap duct tape at walmart
>>31108401
How exactly?
Also, I appear to be going insane. Just looked at the gun again and realized the slide is force-matched. Slide is first-variation, frame is third. Both look correct for an AC43, though.
Fuck, I'm losing it or something. Eh, either way, just makes the history more interesting. I bought it as a plinker/carry gun, not a museum piece.
I got this nice new bayonet
I also picked up a Marlin Model 60 for $130 last weekend, but don't have pics
>>31108641
Its missing the "99 Type" script below the hole, this must be a really late one.
>>31087558
Wear matching socks you philistine. Pretty scattergat anyhow.
>>31108134
I've never actually seen an FNAR in the wild for whatever reason. What the hell is it supposed to be for, anyway? It just feels like FN didn't know if they wanted a politically-correct sporter or a tacticool battle rifle, so they split the difference.
Disclaimer: I literally know fuck-all about the FNAR.
>>31087558
this beautiful machine
it kills fascists by the way
>>31103955
Which show was this at?
Bought my first nugget this summer, sorry no pics
>>31108134
>>31109503
I find it oddly appealing, it's a gun for the fudd who also wants to be ready for the habbening. Give it some walnut furniture and it'd be the classiest battle rifle out there.

>>31110699
Ayyy someone else new to mosins, got my 1955 polish m44 a while back. Sadly it's been neutered and without its bayonet. Thinking of going for an ar build but no idea where to start, is /arg/ still the place to go for babbys first build?
>>31108027
1916 and I'm not sure of the manufacture.
As for the disk I saw that and at first he said the disk was something a previous owner had "cleaned". But getting it home, it seems like it's definitely a replaced one.
>>31109503
It's just a "tactical" BAR (the hunting rifle, not the WW1 gun). They probably intended it for police, SWAT, and anti-terror units. And since it's FN, everything they make has a civilian counterpart.
