I think you can do it correctly and they're reusable, but thats a fuckin' pain. I hammered my old shit out with a bolt or battery or some shit as a punch, and absolutely destroyed that weakass plastic.

He did you a solid for not giving you your old sights back. They're literal junk and cost $10 in total.

You should have bought your own vise and punch set to install the sights yourself so you could actually zero them to your needs afterwards.

A vise for pushing sights in and out only costs $20-$30 and it's inexcusable for a gun owner not to have a good quality set of punches along with a mallet to go along with it.

I've changed sights on 2 of my Glocks. I have no idea why they would be useless. I have a sight press.

i priced the ghetto pusher and front sight remover and locktite on amazon and it came to like 60. he wanted 20 and im not sure ill buy a glock again so i think its worth it. havnt shot it yet but the glock looks pretty cool and functional. i think it might be better with a metal frame but wtf do i know

Yes the factory plastic sights are shit, but they work fine in a pinch, or if you sell your current Glock... Instead of giving them away to some faggot that is trying to lowball you anyway, put the shit sights back on for him and put the good ones on your next Glock. : )
