Everything is subjective. This is a weapons board on a website dedicated to anime though, so no one here can really say it doesn't belong. Kenichi Sonoda did a ton of research for Gunsmith Cats. For the anime, the Chicago PD let a bunch of the Japs that made it run around their headquarters so they could get an idea for what real police work in a big city entails, as well as what all the major locations looked like. Though for what it's worth, I always saw GSC as more /o/ than /k/.
