They are pound-for-pound the best military in the world, without question.

Their only real fault is that their conscript army is ill-suited for extended campaigns, being scrawny, weak and largely female. But that hasn't been a major issue so far for them. That's the only thing that puts them at a major disadvantage against the robust Americans or Germans, for instance.
