I'm thinking about buying a pocket pistol, something like a Ruger LCP. I've never shot one, but I've heard that the trigger is pretty long and tough to use...but the size seems perfect for summer/backup carry. Anyone use it compared to the LCP-C? I hear it make the weighted pull a lot more manageable.
How about other decent pocket pistols? What do you all carry?

Seems decent, it's certainly tiny enough for your pocket. You could probably get a trigger kit or job done.
I'm interested in more info on the LCP, the LC9S Pro, and the Glock 43.
I've Googled info on all 3, but does anyone here have any experiences to share about pocket carrying? General thoughts about the guns? Things/problems to know before buying any of them?

I have a LCP that I pocket carry... the older model.. Everytime I shoot it it tears the skin off my trigger finger.
It shoots fine at 10 yards though... Not fun to shoot, but hey it's there for when a dindu starts getting ratchet up close ya know?

I had a original lcp. It shot like a staplegun. No fun. But wish I still had it

I'm a fan of my s&w bodyguard
same as all the other pocket pistols, jumpy, long trigger pull, etc, but it's comfortable enough and has been reliable with good ammo

Trigger is shit. The LC9s feels a lot better. A little bigger and 9 instead of 380.

Realistically though can you pocket carry it? Even my LCP prints in my pocket I just DGAF
Does a decent lightweight DA/SA pocket pistol with a manual safety exist? Basically something slightly smaller and lighter than a CZ-2075 with a manual safety.
HARDMODE: accepts magazines that hold more than 10 rounds
I picked up an LCP late last year and like it a lot. The trigger on mine is long and heavy but pretty smooth. Not too uncomfortable to shoot, recoil is reasonable. No malfunctions yet.

Long trigger keeps you from shooting your dick/ass off.

If you're still here, I pocket carry an lc9s all the time. I just use some cheap deSantis pocket holster and it fits even in the pair of jeans I own that have oddly small pockets.
