I was curious about the sling swivels i tried to do research on them didn't come up with anything.

Those are the correct sling swivels. Your rifle has seen service with the Finnish Army, who preferred metal loops to leather dog collars. Post pics of the writing on the top and sides of the chamber, receiver, and rear sight.

Just means that it was captured, tested and reissued. I've read the Finns were particular, so it should be an above-average shooter.

Short for 'Suomen Armeija" or "Finnish Army". Finnish Army property stamp put on rifles (and just about everything else the army owned) starting in late 1942.

Your rifle, given its date of manufacture, was probably left behind in Finland after they won their War of Independence, or purchased by them between WW1 and WW2 from another country that captured it from Russia (Finns boughtmore than 100,000 rifles this way).

BTW, do the serial numbers on the smaller parts like the bolt and magazine floorplate match the one on the barrel?

Good; those two matter most.

Not unusual with a rifle that has been in Finnish use; they often didn't bother to number the small parts.

Yes, that's a previous serial number that the Finns crossed out when this bolt body was fitted to this rifle during some period of repair/refurbishment. Then the rifle's serial number was stamped on the bolt. The bolt serial number was really the only one the Finns usually cared about. Sometimes that's the only other serial number you'll find on a Finnish-rebuilt rifle.

The Finns rarely manufactured their own small Mosin parts; they had so many left over from worn-out rifles which they took apart to use as spares for those still in working order that might eventually need repair.

Yes. It's by far the most commonly damaged/lost component on M91 long rifles. It just isn't a great design to begin with.
