Pick it up on GOG or pirate the GOG version, it comes packaged with a DosBox set up to play it.

It's not the best way to play it, but since there's no sourceport, it's the only way to play it on modern PCs. Get BMouse for better mouselook, then prepare to die a fucking lot because Blood is a really hardass game (though also very fun).

No that's not how that works m80.
Fire needs a few things to exist. It's called the fire triangle. You need heat, oxygen and fuel. The fire can make it to the nozzle but it cannot enter because there would only be fuel in the can and no oxygen or heat. The issue that could arise is if the can gets hot and explodes due to the pressure but the fire typically doesn't come with in a inch+ of the nozzle which means that it would take a lot to actually have the can explode.

But there is certain advantage to the primal fear element , and going full crazy and using a flame weapon . Just holding a can of something is shit so you have to actually use it to demonstrate the effect . It's more of a deterrent , to show your crazy and not a easy target .

Hell just having a road flare and liter bottle of petrol is about the same , maybe even more so for the fuck off factor

It's hard to think of some kind of scenario where this really makes sense

I done my childhood doing this for two key reasons

1. Killing flying insects
2. Getting rid of the smell of shit from the shitter

Can attest from personal experience that pressurised deodorant cans can explode if you spray fire for too long. I don't think it's flashback, just heat buildup on the surface of the can.
