Russia and China are meme enemies that would get rekt by the US in an actual war. Russia is still 3rd world-tier and so is China despite recent advancements they have made.

Now if we keep listening to Democrats and stop giving a shit about the R&D of military technology and slash our military budgets to just about nothing, then the Chinese might catch up and surpass us in like 20-30 years.

They (Navy and AF at least) still train as though they're fighting highly credible threats. Hell, they even operate that way. Part of the reason the Air Force is using F-22s to bomb goat herders is just so they can still play with their newest toys; it's a ridiculous waste of money, especially compared with picrelated, but it keeps them ready to fight stronger foes.

Not really a ridiculous waste of money though. A Bronco is basically just a modified general aviation plane so it will be slow and uncomfortable since it is bouncing around in the turbulent under 20,000 feet range.

Plus it is slow and will rack up the air hours in a hurry when it is flying CAS sorties where you base is maybe up to 250 miles away, dunno what the closest base to Syria and Iraq is. You would have to redesign it for aerial refueling or redesign it to carry an absorb an absurd amount of fuel. Even without fuel concerns it would probably need a reinforced air frame and up-rated engines to carry modern electronic targeting equipment and the weapons that equipment is used for. If you just want to launch missiles they already have that it is called the MQ-1 predator.
