This is a lose-lose for Europe.

They aren't aggressive, my neighbour used to keep these behind their garden (about 15 foot from our garden). The only issue we ever had with them was when something caused them to swarm one day, my guess was construction work nearby.

They killed my neighbours dog and stung the shit out of her but that was the only issue in about 15 years
