Should be legit.

They are commonly made for shotguns to fire various pistol cartridges from .45 down, so .22LR would just need to be offset so the regular centrefire firing pin is against the outer rim of the .22

They make .303 caliber sleeves for .32 ammunition as well since they share bore diameter. It's great since .303 costs $.80-$1 per round, whereas .32 can still be found for $.30 per round. Also, theres less recoil and noise so its great for teaching newbies how to shoot without them being intimidated by a full power rifle round.
