Anyone have any recommendations for a good affordable river diving knife?

SEALpup is good. Partial serrations, nice textured grip made of hard plastic which is good for underwater, some kind of coating that has really held up against water with just minimal care. The pupper knife has never failed me.

This. Been carrying one everyday for several years. Use it daily. In many environments, river, swamp, ocean, mountain, etc. Has never let me down.

for the love of god man, get out of the water or kill it.
I am deeply afraid and hate alligators/crocodiles.
Fear is their bacon bits.
There is no knife i find acceptable to venture into their territory with. The only acceptable weapon is a gun at least .38 special(preferred .500 S&W) for handgun and at least .308 for rifle.
This picture is absolutely piss worthy and that is coming from a guy who grew up in swamps.

It's titanium so it will not rust. However, titanium does not hold an edge very well but it's good enough for cutting fishing line and anything else that you could get tangled up in. Probably not the best choice for fighting gators or underwater henchmen. The sheath locks the blade in tight so if you're jumping out of a boat with full scuba gear it won't come out of the sheath and disappear like some of the less expensive knives/sheaths are known to do.
