This is the guy's site. His blog has a lot of info. 2nd edition of the book has a lot the posts in it.
What I've read of the books covers a lot more than just tactics since it's a manual, but it covers tactics for civilians in a WROL situation.

FM 7-70 Light Infantry Platoon/Squad. Plenty of still-relevant tactics. Covers everything from Combat Prep, Movement, Patrolling, Offense, Defensive/Retrograde Ops, and Combat Support. Got it for $7 at a local milsurp store. Would love to get in the woods with some friends and practice some time.
