Why does nobody else make pistols in this caliber? I want a p232 in 5.7

How feasible is reloading 5.7? I kinda want a p90 but if ammo is going be absurdly overpriced and scarce, what's the point.

Yeah, I did a little searching and found that the consensus is to just not reload it. But ammo doesn't,t seem that expensive either for such an uncommon caliber. Around 55¢/round it seems.
