So I posted a thread awhile ago about my new p22 and it got a lot of hate. I took it out today and put 350 rounds through it flawlessly like you all said it wouldn't... Eat a dick Walther haters.

i love my fucking walther p22, just dont shoot non copper plate kinda sucks to clean.
Nice to see your safety switch is generously lubricated, good oper8n
But hating the P22 doesn't necessarily mean that you're a walther hater, because walther doesn't even make the P22. It's made by Umarex, an AIRSOFT company. That pistol is going to beat itself apart, have fun with your scrap metal 2000 rounds from now, which is no time at all with .22.

Ever heard of a warranty?
>>30253302
P22 is fucking garbage, easlily worst gun I've own out of ~20
>>30253302
>buying a service pistol style .22
>buy a gun made by fucking Umarex
come back when you've shot more then range trip's worth of ammo

There are people out there (believe it or not) that have put 16,000+ rounds with little issue except for having to replace trigger pins. Unless you can come up with better proof you're just blowing steam my dude.
Don't try to shoot anything but high velocity ammo, and clean it when it gets crunchy (1magazinelol), you'll be fine. Probably.

I'm glad it's working well for you OP. Take note of the ammo and consider sticking with it.
Mine was an early one, it stove piped a lot.
ps. I don't hate Walther.

>My p22's slide broke off and hit me in the face!
erry time
>>30253778
I could make a collage like that for literally any gun with any decent level of sales.
Hey faggets, put 100 rounds through my p224 .40 and u faggets said it was a shit gun heheheheheheehehhe and it never jammed
>>30253808
I only use the high velocity 40grain copper plated cci's

>>fell for the meme

I'd actually really like a 239.

If you check the P22 section on Waltherforums, about a third of the current threads on the first page are people having problems. It is a consistently bad gun.
And yes you could make a collage like that for almost any production handgun of a full size caliber, but a .22? They operate at super low pressures and should last basically forever, and never ever kaboom. It's one thing with centerfire handgun calibers because they operate at much higher pressures, and you don't know if the person who kaboom'd was shooting reloads. With the P22 you pretty much know it wasn't reloads that caused the gun to KB. Face it, it's a consistently bad gun.
>>30253820
Except that you couldn't.
>>30253302
I would've bought one of those but the threaded barrel makes it illegal in my cuck state, guess I'll have to shell out for a Ruger Mk III instead.
>>30253302
The Walther haters are less likely to hate the P22 than Walther fanboys. The P22 isn't a true Walther, and is garbage compared to the quality of the Ulm Walthers.
>>30254043
>clearly marked aftermarket barrel
I'm going to assume this is a troll image.
>>30254082
This. I love Walther and currently own a wartime P38, PPS, and PPQ, but the P22 is literal airshit garbage.
>>30254082
Truth. I love Walther. Then I saw the PK380 and thought, great, perfect for the wife to carry.
Then I sold it a month later for 40% of what I paid and didn't feel anything but relief.
>>30253302
I've had three. Can't explain why. One was quite reliable. It wasn't even a Q model, surprisingly. The other two were, and they were not as bad as everyone said they were, but certainly unreliable unless fed the best of ammo, and sometimes not even theen.
>>30253302
I specifically remember myself and other saying it was shit with anything hit CCI mini mags
Don't twist people's words, faggots
