Okay, let's try this again: i have mild astigmatism in my right eye. As such, red dots tend to starburst on me. Will an eotech or some other holographic sight work properly for me?
>>
No. You need a prism optic.

Something like this? My vision is 20/15 uncorrected both eyes. The astigmatism in my right eye is balanced out by it being a bit nearsighted.

No. Something like an ACOG / PA Prism scope / low power variable

Anything solid for cqb (this is going on a Scorpion Evo 3 carbine) that is tough and not super expensive? Also, I've heard that acogs only work if you have perfect vision.

Nope, with correction ACOGs work perfectly. It's only red dots and holo sights that don't work properly even with correction if you have astigmatism.
A low power, tiny ACOG like the TA44 would be probably best for you considering you want it for a 9mm PC, but the price is quite steep.

Will it work if I don't wear glasses? As I said, 20/15 uncorrected both eyes.
>>
>>30237964

Nothing will really work if you don't wear glasses.
>>

>Better than perfect vision
>Can't use microscopes, telescopes, or gun optics without glasses
Reeeeeeeeeeeee

Thanks. I might just stick to irons at this point.
