You can find the waterproof liners, cargo shelves, cargo straps, and covers as well on there.

I got mine used over five years ago and have used it for school, hiking, camping, and general fuckery and it's still going strong.

If cold as fuck I think they wear the Norgie shirt and wooly pully under the parka, I'm not actually sure if the Gore-tex liner is authorized to be worn under the normal parka even though it's a god-tier combo.

It's pretty nice, the hood is more functional than the M65's, pockets galore.
The only thing is despite that it's thickly woven, the material itself isn't very thick, and there is no liner for it so you'll need to layer up if you want to wear it in cold weather.
Other than that, it's great.

Not gonna find any issue stuff for that. You can put plates in the German soft armour vests that are basically fleck IOTVs but they are rare and expensive as hell.

There are these as well, if you want and can afford ten of them anyway. Don't know if they can hold plates but I'd assume they did, however they are beat to shit and the soft armor was cut out.
