The Sig DAK system is the ultimate trigger system in a modern semiautomatic.

If you don't have anything meaningful to contribute to my thread, gt*o...
>>30003835
How about you come and make me? I think DAK sucks, and they should stick with p226 and overpriced 1911 copies that are still a million miles behind even Kimber.
>>30004013
Leave.
Don't mind me, I'm just here being superior to the Sig in every conceivable way...

>plastic sights
nice patch, lord homo
>>30003805
Did some reading. Sounds bassackwards in terms of trigger resets and follow up shots.
>>30004013
This guy is correct

O hai its me, the world's most battle proven firearm
>>30004440

>>30003805
Oh lol the M&P with Apex forward set sear thumps it in every way possible.
Second strike is for boobs who don't TRB.
>>30004469
>40
It is available in 9mm.
>manual safety
One can leave it hammer down via the decocker and safety off, still with a shorter lighter trigger pull than DAK Sig and still with second strike.
>o but what if I set safety by accident jamal gibsmedat breaks in I can't shoot him
You should eat you dinner with a spoon lest you poke your eyes out.

And?

>most battle proven firearm
>not a mosin nagant
>not even the most battle proven pistol, the hi power
>>30003805
Lol, you misspelled LEM.
>>30003835
You obviously to have anything valuable to contribute to the board, so...
>>30003805
1. H&K did it first with the LEM
2. The LEM is better
3. SIG isn't even SIG. It's basically the same as what Springfield Armory, Inc. is to the original Springfield. A knock off riding the name.
>>30003805
true.... until you shoot it..
copfag here, I've shot thousands of rounds through the DAK and the glock 17. While I've never been in a gunfight, when I rush the 2 shots in the 3 seconds I always fuck up the second shot.
Why would should the first trigger pull be a few pounds heavier???? why not just have one trigger pull to begin with?
fuck the DAK
>>30006115
I'm a little drunk when I wrote this post... You fgts get the point
>Sig
>doing anything right
>>30003805
As a high-on-his-own-shit SIG fag, I can say that this nigga is objectively, entirely, flat the fuck out wrong.
DAK was a ridiculous concept on paper, a ridiculous engineering practice in design, and a ridiculous result in manufacturing.
>Ayy, how you want the trigger on your combat pistol, senpai?
>Just DAK my shit up, senpai.
>>30003805
It's just a really nice DAO trigger. The reset is still really long, and you're camming the sear against the hammer through the entire pull. HK's match LEM is a much better implementation of this kind of idea: it has a short reset and the majority of the pull feels like the take-up on a single action trigger pull.

You might be a cop and you might have shot Sigs a lot, but you've never shot a DAK trigger.
>>30006183
It's not ridiculous. It's a pre-cocked DAO that eliminates one of the major complaints about DAO triggers by making the pull much lighter.
I have the SRT on my sig m11. Absolutely amazing in single action. The double action pull isnt bad either.
