Hi /k/,

I'm going into the police station tomorrow to apply for a license to carry. What should I know about the process? My parents both carry guns and they told me that they were asked why they wanted to carry, if they had any criminal background, etc. I'm on good terms with a lot of the cops in town. Will that help me at all?
