It's a Russian-captured refurb, originally made at ERMA. $450 is on the high side of their value range, but if it's in good shape, and the refurb serial numbers match then it would be worth it.

No, I've seen a stock like that before too: it was an inch longer than it was supposed to be.

No, I know Mausers, and I once ordered a used 98k stock (laminated w/cupped buttplate), and it was an inch too long. It looked just like OP pic on my 98k as well.

It must have been a small run of incorrect sized stocks or something.
