1800s double action revolvers I wanna see em.
Don't care how effective they are.
They're all beautiful.
Double points for folding triggers and bobbed hammers.

Here is my 1882 Swiss Ordnance Revolver. Gate loading with an Abadie system.

Should I get one? I've been wanting an 1800s service revolver that's not a single action army.

Don't expect to find off-the-shelf ammo but dies are available and you can use .32-20 cases. I like it, but the trigger is damned heavy.

A nice thing about it is that it is ammo compatible with the 1887 Swedish Nagant. So you can reload for one or the other.

Not op here, but damn I want one of those things. I wish I could've bought one when they were still $100. I've looked everywhere, I'm just not willing to pay the $350 everybody is asking for now :/

They are nearly identical. The military loads differ primarily in bullet design. The Swedes used a paper-patched lead bullet while the Swiss used a jacketed bullet. The unpatched lead bullet second from the right is a commercial 7.5 Swede by Norma.
