No, but C&Rsenal gives him a run for his money. Ian has more variety and gets access to extra weird shit that I love, but C&Rsenal has amazing research and production value.

Sometimes their history of variants goes a little too long for my taste.
TFB TV is bretty gud
Also did you know that you can supress a nagant revolver?

This guys pretty good, but unfortunately he doesn't really do stuff anymore.
As for Ian, he's really awesome, but I nitpick a few pieces of information that he kinda just takes at face value and accepts it as pure fact. Not talkin about the AK / AR test stuff either.

O feel like if you are just curious about general gun curiosa Ian has it down. Even ignoring his back catalog he produces fast and often on a wide history.
But that means despite being extremely knowledgeable he makes mistakes because he can't invest long research hours on individual pieces.
C&Rsenal is the OCD kid who gets in one gun at a time and goes full depth. It is a heavy, long format show and Othais burns at least 60 hours an episode in getting the right reading, ammo, range time, animations of mechanisms, and supporting images.
So, thankfully, they occupy two different spaces in gun collecting entertainment.
Kinda like Duelist1954 in a way, he's like an awkward nerdy uncle who loves to show off cool stuff.
Has a slight juvenile streak.

Sometimes, like the fact that he called the Cobray/SWD brand MACs junk, when really they're ok, the synthetic magazines are just trash, they should run rather consistently with steel mags.
He more than makes up for it with the rest of his content though.
Here's one I like:
UnderstandingFirearms
He's a YouTuber who has only two videos, but they're done very, very well. I want him to make more, but I think he stopped since he hasn't gotten many views.

My thoughts exactly, there's just a couple historical gripes and inconsistencies cuz of my autism. Like when he said the BAR was designed around the concept of marching fire, as if it was the sole deciding factor in its development.

On Full30, there's a new channel called The Pattern Room. Slow paced, but first episode talks about the EM-1, EM-2 and the .280 FAL

>Yeah, he's probably a closet confederate
Thing is that union guns are boring besides the new fangled at the time cavarly carbines.
They all used colts and Whitney's
While the confederate guns are weird low production run copies of these designs with slight differences
Union army pistols were far from "forgotten Weapons"
The same guns were used in the west later on and made very famous.

the Ammo channel is better in every way
