A company I deal with charges something like $60 per item for cutting, sewing, and labor (we have the fabric and things like buttons, zippers, etc shipped straight to them) for relatively low quantities so expect something like $100 per piece, minimum. I don't even know how much getting a pattern done would cost because we have a guy who does it in-house and I don't know his salary. Shipping/freight for the raw materials is another cost that would have to be factored in.
