I live like 10min from Dover Airforce Base and literally get nearly new shit all the time and just flip it. My old 2002 TDI Jetta cost me $1500 back in 2004. However, most of the time the enlisted jackasses practically just destroy their own shit. I've seen a new Tacoma all wrecked up with maggots inside and a ton of McDonalds bags and drink bottles about 2 feet deep. Besides that, anything you get from the base you really have to take apart away from your home and spray down due to roaches.
