Campus carry is deliciously easy to argue against.
1. Name one shooting on any campus that was limited in scope or stopped by a "No guns" sign.
2. If someone were carrying in a room right now with no intent to cause harm, how would you know?
3. If someone had a weapon here and started shooting, how would a ban on campus carry save us?
4. Accepting that criminals by definition don't follow laws why does it appear that so many campuses simply don't trust their student body to protect themselves?

Herd immunity is a good argument. When bad guys dont know who's carrying, some of them may rethink attacking somebody.
You should dispel as many myths as you can, especially movie myths:
