If rifle, shoot with dominant hand and put up with your wrong eye because it doesn't really matter and you'll get used to it. If pistol, shoot with dominant hand and use your dominant eye, because you have plenty of leeway with your stance and head position.

I'm right handed & left eye dominant. The solution is easy.

Shoot pistols with your dominant hand (you can slightly adjust your stance so your natural point of aim is correct).
Shoot rifles based on your dominant eye. This is really less of a problem than people make it out to be. Since you're left handed, your stance will actually be more stable as your support hand/arm will be stronger than what it would otherwise be.

For me, it's a problem with badly designed rifles (not ambi), but for you, you'd shoot rifles right handed, so you don't even have that problem.

There's really no problem for you.

Can't you change which eye is dominant by wearing an eyepatch for a few weeks? Seems less drastic than suicide.

I'm the same way OP. I was just taught how to shoot right handed from the get go. The best thing you can do is just to practice shooting right handed until it feels right.

It's far from foolproof.
And usually it's a no-go when you get into precision shooting since your eye will tire quicker.
