You need to talk to an intel officer to get clearance for OCONUS travel usually, but it only takes like ten seconds for them to sign the thing. Just submit a leave request like normal and put in the request that the S-2 already approved it, no one cares. Or fuck, just say you are going somewhere else and just don't tell them, it's only a problem if you get fucked up or in legal trouble

I put in a leave request that I was going to take care of PCS shit and I literally flew to Japan and stayed there for a week
