What kind of watch should I get?

I go innawoods a lot, hunt, hike, and SCUBA dive, as hobbies. I already own a proper dive computer and a nice smart watch, but I'm looking for something that doesn't require charging twice a week, or fancy doodads.

The most complicated watch I'm interested in is pic related.

Not bad looking at all!

How is the strap? Can you replace it with any other one, as long as it's the right size?

What, you got a better idea?

Not in my price range, considering ~450 bucks.

How durable? Charge requirements?

This OP. Get a cheap Walmart Casio watch. They're durable AF and if it breaks/gets lost not a problem, you're out at the MOST, 30 bucks. If you're going low tech, you need nothing more and the price point is fucking great.
>>
>>28350852

I wear this exact one on occasions.

I bought a /g/ meme watch. Turns out I'm allergic to it. Then I found out I'm allergic to other urethane derivatives like spandex. Was relieved to find out it wasn't an STD

Lasted me 3 years on orders till it saved my wrist from a faulty chuck on a compressor. Cracked the screed and still fucking worked.

Don't give a shit what anyone says those things are built better than any watch under 250 bucks.

However I mostly wear Seiko and Suunto these days.

That casio would have broken that rock, not even joking. Nothing short of metal breaks those fuckers.

Had a A1C fall off a ladder and land on his wrist wearing a casio. Straight chipped the fucking concrete and left the Casio with a small scratch on it's face.

I put his dumbass on duty thinking he could handle cleaning a god damn set of window sills.

>inb4 stories of casios deflecting bullets since they're full of shit

I can rely on that watch and Oakley Assault gloves to last me through bullshit. But that's a different thread.
