The recever doesnt mean shit as long as its milspec. Get a milspec buffer tube and a quality parts kit and your lower is good to go. For the upper get a flat top with an A frame front sight. Keep it simple and know what barrel size you want before you assemble. If you want an m4gery get a 14.5 and pin the flash hider instead of getting a 16in with a carbibe gas port
