I'm looking to upgrade from my LCP which I'm giving to my wife to carry.
Any Ideas To Make My List
1)9mm
2)At Least 10 Rounds
3)Hammer Fired
4)Compact
5)Made in America

Perfect! Now only to find a holster and a few extra mags.
>>28018735
224s are nice... but heavy and thick.
M&P 9c maybe? 30-50% cheaper, lighter, thinner...
>>28019538
>hammer fired
>M&P 9c
choose one
If you can get over longish heavyish trigger, the SCCY CPX-2 is decent for the money. Its super light and its pretty thin for a double stack.
cz 75 compact
P2000SK or P30SK
>made in america
why the fuck do you care? the krauts make guns that kill people every day.
>>28019644
I'd vote RAMI. Heavy and thick little bitch, but so nice to shoot.
>>28018735
Why are you limiting yourself to just burger guns?
>>28019730
overly patriotic faggot, or a troll considering no domestic arms maker produces such a weapon currently with the exception of SIG and the P224 is a terrible gun. S&W made some back in the 90's but they are rareish and stupid expensive.
>>28019790
6906 or 6904 are like 300 bucks lmao
>>28018735
>5)Made in America
>>28019790
>and the P224 is a terrible gun.
I've read that several people have said this same thing too. Is there any reason besides the horrible balancing?
>>28021820
it's fucking heavy for a sub compact, fat as fuck, tiny grip, horrible balance as you mentioned, oh and its FAT AS FUCK.
>>28023073
All of which would be excusable if it was 100-200 lower in price.
>>28018735
P224
P238/P938
Walther PPS if you can tolerate striker fired. I'm a full metal frame/hammer fanboy too but that gun is excellent.
>>28023119
not really
if it was cheaper its ergonomics would still be shit
Would making a smaller p239/p22x series single stack be possible?
I would figure it would be too awkward to use da/sa in such a small package. Such a shame how the p239 is comically huge for what it does in this day and age.
>>28023196
isnt the 239 an older model now? it's bulky by todays CC standards but back in the day it was acceptable.
>>28018735
Great gun. It's my carry piece. I actually think its balanced well. Also, it's not big like the other shitposters are saying. If people carry a full size 9mm like the p226, then the p224 is easy to conceal.

>5)Made in America
You do realize that this is code for
>40% markup
>Even more inferior quality than croat/china shit
Made in America is a major red flag for my purchases. Everything that is made in America is over priced garbage. I know, I"m an American
