Does /jp/ know where to get any 3d models with rigging? Preferable

What do you want to use them for? Most MMD modellers forbid people from using their models for commercial purposes

Most creators upload their models to Bowlroll.net, just look up the character's Japanese name and you should find them (if there's a model made, of course) Keep on mind some creators don't like people using their models in non-MMD software, so be careful. You can also check deviantart for MMD models. There's also sites like modelsresource which rips models from games, but I'm not sure of the legality of that.

Lastly, the H-Games 3D Custom Girl and Custom Maid 3D 2 have a character creator that allows for the models there to be imported, and you wouldn't have any legal problems using those.

Isn't pmd a proprietary format? I am in no way going to use a format that no one really knows how it works.

Oh yeah, I forgot about it. I know there's a plugin that lets you import pmd models into blender and convert them to other format but I think they lose their rigging data once you do that.

I think it would be easier for me to just learn to 3d model at this point. I'm already writing everything else by hand, might as well take another 10 years to make the goddamn models too.

There are plenty of good Touhou models for GTA:SA in the jp internets.
