Also the main problem with Stay Night was the time constraints Nasu had. So sure, give it Mahoyo graphics with current Nasu's skill in writing. Plus a better rendition of the Fate route (which Nasu would like to do), a separate Sakura and Illya route, Medusa route, and Caster route, like what was originally planned but got canned because of time restraints.

And also change Artoria to Arthur. There, now the Stay Night Remake is extremely superior to its original.

I would like it more if I never had to hear about Fate ever again.

Well Arthur's not a girl, and while Shirou would still not wanting people fight for him, Arthur is not only pretty OP, but also not an idiot and doesn't have stick up the ass like Artoria. I imagine the Berserker fight goes the same, Shirou gets super triggered, but Arthur's chillness helps him out.

The Medea NTR scene goes a bit differently in UBW, though.

Well Arthur was kinda the pov character for Fragments, so it'd work.

But I mainly just want to see Arthur get his girl stolen by Gilgamesh. That and Perseus screentime. I find him to be a much better character than Medusa and not even half the idiot. Though that seems to be the norm for Prototype characters on their Stay Night counterparts.
