There are 2 versions of the game, the 18+ version and the all ages version. Each version has scenes unique to that version.

For Grisaia in particular, the all ages release was based on the Japanese Vita release and because of the restrictive Japanese console ratings it had some dialogue toned down or cut in addition to the removed H-scenes.

For Eden of Grisaia, being out nearly a week it seems to have fallen off somewhat faster than the second title did so it is likely not doing quite as well as its prequel. Although that was probably to be expected for the 3rd title in a trilogy.
