What are the best tools for auto-translation of text in images

VNR has a tool like that.
Heard it only worse in very ideal circumstances though, like black text on a pure white background with no special font or something like that idea

Google Translate app is also adding such functionality ..

Not learning it and settling for some shitty machine translation is just laziness. Don't bother reading them if you're just going to read machine translations.

Get real. I'm a fucking dumbass with shittier memory than anyone I know and I know Japanese. If you study kana for fifteen minutes a day- just fifteen minutes- you would know them all in a month. Japanese grammar is piss easy, it'd take you an hour tops. From there, all you have to do is read Japanese with a dictionary, looking up every word you don't know. I started doing that in the summer of 2015 and now I can read just about anything.
