Whoever does the voice over for Marisa in Fantasy Kaleidoscope is spot on in my opinion.

Also the person that did the very brief voice work for Sakuya in SWR voice patch was pretty good

This video is probably why, I really like how deep the voice sounds - to me anyway - but it has nice effects for the deeper voiced girl singers. I like them quite a bit.

This. Another not so great is the new Reimu.
Myorensen is one of my favorites and they have a great voice contrast. Overall my number one is still Marisa; her comedic delivery is so good its hard to tell how much of her stuff is scripted and how much is adlib.

Yuuka's VA is also rather fun to listen to. I like how she uses a calm, almost dignified voice in quiet sections, then makes it very harsh for when the tempo picks up.

Futo's VA is just wonderful. There's really not much else to say.
