First, I would check if I was a little girl or not.

Second, regardless of the answer, I would instantly search for the closest source of civilization that is not Kappa or Tengu - I can't necessarily trust the tengu, and I don't want to know if Kappa actually eat ass balls. I'd probably just try to avoid all Youkai, honestly, excepting the SDM and the the Myouren Temple.

Then, I would appeal to the charity of the civilization that found me, and ask them to take me to Reimu to allow her to make me a resident of Gensokyo; that would put me off limits for the more dangerous Youkai.

Then following that, I would probably ask to be trained in magic by a Magician- probably one of the three named magicians, human and Youkai.

After this I would try and start an agenda of human-youkai co-operation, and probably try to start an incident to ingratiage myself to the more relevant peoples of Gensokyo.

Following this I would go to Eirin's Clinic and ask her to make me into a little girl.

Get somewhere where I won't get eaten.
Start learning magic.
Try and keep on peoples good sides, I don't want to screw things over by mistake and I very much don't want to get fortune tellered.

Magicians don't even count as Youkai in my opinion, or at least they shouldn't; the word 'youkai' is used as a catch-all term to refer to anything that is inhuman in any way whatsoever, and Magicians from what we know are mostly human aside from not needing to eat or sleep, and not aging.

It wasn't really retconned. Shinigami still check up on long-lived hermits and the like; the only thing that was elaborated on was that shinigami don't "come for people", they simply die. If you extend your lifespan too much and become a shit-stirrer, Hell sends a kishin for you. Komachi's SWR route still holds true.

I would either do this, or find a way to leave Gensokyo altogether.

If I am unable to leave, then I would either try to find someone who will train me in using magic or even learn it myself.

Also, is there any other way to leave without crossing the Hakurei Barrier? Because that would most likely be my main goal if I ended up in Gensokyo anyway.

If Remi isn't hiring, try to find a job in the village with Kosuzu's (or Yukari, if she'd be so kind) help. Once I learned the language, my ideal job would probably be assistant teacher if Keine needs one.

The first and only thing I would do would be to figure out a way to escape and return to the outside world as quickly as possible.

I would avoid absolutely EVERYONE at all costs. This includes youkai, fairies, and even other humans. I will not engage in any type of communication or contact with anyone else. It's too risky.
