Unless you can hack and translate it entirely by yourself and are just looking for grunts to proofread and edit it then trying to recruit anyone on /jp/ is pretty hopeless.

You could try asking someone from an actual translator group if they'd be interested in picking it up. If you already have some work done on it, that's a good head start and would help. But it also depends on the group, it's people and their opinions, what they usually aim to translate, what their current backlog is, etc. etc.

I wouldn't hold out much hope for getting much in the way of people here. People on anonymous image boards are often somewhat fickle in general. Even among those who can fluently speak Japanese here, I doubt too many would be interested in pursuing something like this in earnest, especially without having their name attached to an at least somewhat known TL group.

I learned the hard way that unless you are willing to do everything yourself just give up. I would suggest that if you really want to TL stuff, check out light novels, the are more concise and infinitely more enjoyable to translate.
