Yakitori is easy as fuck to make, you loser
I make it all the time on my grill and it comes out better than at the nearby fancy Japanese restaurant because I make my sauce from scratch. The only ingredient you may have trouble finding is mirin, but you can get that on Amazon. They still sell it at the supermarkets here in the US. Maybe dashi too because I put that in all my Japanese sauces.
