The gameplay is pretty bad, music is ok and every character is memorable in their unique way.
Besides junko. junko is fucking shit and making her the last boss was ZUN's biggest mistake besides making reisen playable in 2 more games.

Music was meh, gameplay arguably the worst in the series, cast made of meme characters and Lunarian story.

So yeah....probably the worst windows game so far.

Newest game is always the worst. That is the golden rule. Especially if the newest game is not a main title.

I personally like 12.3 Hisoutensoku. I respect other opinions though.
