Not really. 100 slotters get by just collecting the elites. If some trophy ship gets kai 2 the devs are sure to make them farmable so they can just farm it. Routing requirements? Just bruteforce. Unique quests are probably the hardest to deal with, but the devs are not likely to make them that difficult to get either, at least not these days.

You can only train one DD on 4-3. You can train 6DDs on 5-1. 5-1 gives more than double the total exp to DDs than 4-3 while being much cheaper.

- Ooshio/Arashio to k2 for a solid tank carrier
- Shigure to k2 or get a beaver for TCI DD
- K2 at least one of both BBs and CVLs
After that there's only hoping you'll be fine. Medium is inconsistent as fuck though, aim for hard where you can and drop to easy if you have to, just check the rewards beforehand and plan accordingly.
