Me, I dropped both. For me, the daily grind model doesn't click well with TD. If there wasn't the constant pressure to grind, I'd prefer ShiroPro over Aigis though.

I kinda play both, but ShiroPro is worse.
1. Aigis managed to break curse of all DMM games: you need diverse array of units and classes, its not only about numbers. ShiroPro so far didn't, they introduced some more specific classes like artillery and shields, but it still doesn't change much: only 4 classes are needed in almost every case - gunner, miko, archer and swordman. Plus usagi for ki generation. Stratagems in theory are great way to diversify units, but I didn't use any stratagems other than ki gen in months.
2. ShiroPro is very grindy, I can spend day worth of stamina in Aigis in 10 minutes, but it takes more than hour for ShiroPro for event maps.
3. All events are same shit. Drop events: castlegirl gets brainwashed, attacks you, you try to save her, big helmetshit appears, you fight him several times, happy end. Gather events: helmets stole sacred <whatever> of this area, rendering 2 castlegirls powerless and making big helmet more powerful, take sacred shit back. On other hand, Aigis events are very entertaining and there's different stuff happening, you rarely see them just do some generic event.
4. Some castlegirl designs are outright repulsive.

In FKG, what are bonds crystals used for? (besides exchanging them in shop)

This is a valid complaint, and would be perfectly fine too. The DMM names are better by the virtue of being the official names, Nutaku sticking to them would if anything be an improvement. But the banners, to my knowledge, only show the English names for gacha girls, so they may need to ask for official word about the grass/bronze/silver/non-gacha event girls before implementing such a change.

As for the name decisions, I suppose I'm guilty for many of them and ought to state a rationale: If the flower is well-known, or if the Japanese name is used in English, then the common name is used directly (so Oncidium, Cyrtanthus, Leucocoryne, Pentas, Bergenia, Lisianthus, Gazania, Iberis, Katakuri, Calceolaria, Kochia etc. are called these despite having different English names on DMM, because their JP names are オンシジューム, キルタンサス etc.) If the common name isn't readily recognizable, then the genus name is used.

There are definitely some oversights though, girls like Lespedeza and Lycoris could definitely stand to get their common names in Bush Clover and Spider Lily.

In fairness, a lot of early Aigis events (mostly the drop events) could be summed up as the same way. If they weren't being mind-controlled, they were being coerced or blackmailed instead (Horus, Azami, Lucille, etc.). Hell, even the manga just used this plot in the last chapter mind-controlled Thetis being straight.

Coincidentally, most of the farm units that used this were the inferior ones of their class. Charlotte is the famous one, but Momiji, Rita, and Waltz all had similar plots. Rorone breaking the trend by having a free-for-all with the bandits and Conrad himself showing some leadership was actually a refreshing change of pace.

On the other hand, the events where the units themselves challenged you were a good way to introduce new gimmicks/challenges (except for Belinda since she was first and easy modo). Maribel introduced ranged and ghost armors, Odette fucked with your magic power, Shiho introduced oni (and wasn't actually trying to fight you to begin with, she was just bound to her duty), Rikka introduced automatons and also unofficially joined you at the start, etc.

And then all the star and collection trials had decent developments, like the Dark Knight plot, Solano's trials, Memento betraying her father, etc.

tl;dr: Aigis definitely overuses the "mind-controlled/coerced" plotline a ton, but they manage to mix up the overall variety of events enough for people to overlook.

Still, petals are awarded regularly from the challenge maps (and can be bought on a need-to-use basis), and there's a great success rate up campaign coming up too, so it might be better to use that money on evolutions and leveling rather than back-up petals.

Lacking Lily Wood petals is unusual, but the Bergamot Valley shortage probably applies to a lot of people, since it is the country with the most bloomable girls (12 to other countries' ~8) and has three event girls in the mix to boot (while the others have 1-2).

As an aside, I just noticed that Water Hyacinth's crew, plus Broom, are representatives of all five countries and four weapon types: Seemannia is from Winter Rose, Gazania from Banana Ocean, Epimedium from Lily Wood, Broom from Blossom Hill and the Captain herself hails from Bergamot Valley (and is the only one among their number not to have a bloomed form). A prequel chapter about how she picked up her crew could be pretty neat, since they're a pretty motley bunch (looks like Gazania was a law-abiding citizen before being saved by her dashing hero(ine), Epimedium was taken in as an orphan, and Seemannia was a fellow adventurer who eventually joined up).

I suppose much of that is covered in character quests, though I have not read them, so I'll instead believe that Epimedium's nursemaid was told to apprentice her to a maritime pilot, but ended up mishearing and apprenticing her to a pirate instead.

I'm a little confused on the way hate works in X-Overd. As I understand it, enemies are supposed to attack defenders on the first turn, then prioritize whoever has the most hate.

I've noticed in some of my parties that this holds true, but I've got one party where a supporter (the NEET girl) always gets attacked on the first turn against a boss, and never the defender (Maple). I've also noticed that it will sometimes attack other players' attacker units. They get attacked before they even get a turn against the boss. Why would this be?

No, there's no "defender first" rule. Unless you raise hate, it will attack whatever has most hate and often it would be supporter.
If I remember correctly, its decided by skills you use, and support skills accumulate lots of hate.

Who should I AW next? Except for healer, I have no AWed units of their respective classes.
Metus and Reshia and Rezel are very useful even non-AW so AWing will make them better.
Karma is Karma, needs her SAW to be fully useful.
Leona is only rear tactician I have and not having AW RT hurts me much.
Suzuha is my only mincost princess, and her skill is useful sometimes. Due to small HP, AWing would help a lot.

She becomes better, though. Unless it's against something you need to instantly place and use skill. 2 seconds longer and a 30% attack increase. The defense literally won't matter as if you use her skill it's against something that does absurd damage.

Generally if it's something you can't survive ranged, it's not something you are going to kill. And only ranged will give Karma trouble if you place her in advance.

The black princess is probably the best princess by far, oddly her skill actually reduces enemy attack, not reduce damage received.

The black cannon armor might be broken once she gets awakening, we'll have to see.

The black swordmaster is great for her ability alone if you're using units like Rion. Her skill is fun but I wouldn't say it's broken.

It's an inventory that contains all your consumables and currency. Clicking the button will use the item or bring you to the screen where you can spend the currency.
The red potion was added today and restores 50% of your stamina.

When will they change the trading post? not sure if I'll have enough RC till then.

You really want to spend some SC on this event, Anya is not to be passed up, Aria is also one of the best golds. Olivie is a decent black that doesn't need to be healed for 15 seconds against physical damage, Uxume is wanted by almost everyone for her AW attack buff.

If Alissa and Iris are your only healers then Noel and Kagura could help out thanks to decent AW abilitys, Flamel could help you out in a different way that still boosts your healing.

Personally I would wait for different units, these don't seem to be hugely helpful to you even if they are great units.

I'm rushing for AW Noel myself even though I have Garania and Marius, solely for that AW Passive. Nutaku Aigis looks like it might finally have consistent events, even if Revivals are counted as full events, so Gold will start becoming more sparse. Especially when more Black Event units start coming by along with Skill Awakening. One Black unit eats up 600k Gold for Awakening + Skill Awakening, eventually 900k with AW2 (1.8 mil if you plan to level up both AW2 branches). Most people don't have like 50 mil gold save up, so they're going to have a painful time once black event units start becoming a lot more plentiful.

Who the hell told you that? either they where trolling you, or just being ignorant, the best gold mage is Mehlis by a huge gap, after that you got the silver ones, and then you get the male golds, Cyrus with low att and less range when AW, and then you have Barbastoff, that have range up, and a lot more att, but attacks like a snail. Mehlis just combines the best of the two without any drawback, and the silver ones offer a lot more than the other golds, with the advantage of having lower cost and more utility.

I unlocked Francette's 100% affection scene. Turns out Francette was one of the 6 launch girls "edited" even though she has a chest and isn't a little girl.

They basically zoomed in on her, cropping out her crotch and head area and making it look fucking weird.

This game is a lost fucking cause.

Nutakus Sengoku Providence is out. Might be a Canadian beta again though. Is the game supposed to only have 3 pull-able gachas with ingame free magatamas? All the other ones require paid magatamas to pull.
