Just download it all, i grabbed a torrent last year that was 50gb of it. Or listen to the famous ones on youtube with all the jap comments to get a feel. Im@s stuff gets DMCA fairly fast. Get it before its gone.

These four albums would probably be a decent place to start.
Good spread of characters and the songs that fit their image on each of them, and could probably help you identify which voices etc. that you like.

For Million Live, the Live Theater Performance set is a good start or just pick albums with your favorite 765s in them.

For CG just pick whichever girls you want to fug I guess and grab the Cinderella Master and Jewelries disc they're on.
A lot of the CMs are terrible though as they're focused more on being character songs than actual good songs, like Airi's for instance.
