In the middle of the day, she's a flying black ball of darkness that flies into trees because she can't see shit in the dark and her eyes hurt from the sunlight due to being in the dark for so long. At night it's too dark to see shit anyway so she probably wouldn't be able to see you unless you came up to her anyway. You could also probably hide from her pretty easily too if she started chasing you.

That being said, I want to take her ribbon off just to see what would happen. That shit's obviously a seal. I wouldn't rule out that the ribbon's Rumia and its possessing a cute little girl. There's no clear telling what kind of youkai Rumia is anyway.
