This year, the BONDS were the one to blame as they were clearly the one that has a dangerous behavior (strangulation, dragging people by force over the barrier etc...) and the only effect of their action was fueling the chaos.

One thing I've noticed about their lives is the amount of MIX I keep hearing. I feel like every single song you hear it compared to a lot of other idols, but maybe because their songs always leave a decent space for them, they even have their own (Mirin, Risa, Nemu, Ei, Moga, Pinky, Dempagumi) but I rarely hear that one. Wotagei shit seems fun but at concert in the US you just look like an ass unless other people are doing it

Have a look at the schedule for Akiba Cultures theatre when you're there. It's a sit down venue so I always found it pretty nice after wandering the city all day. They have a number of regular groups that perform there, I'm partial to Niji no Conquistador.

To be honnest, the majority of the guys that you may see at live look like average young guys rather that the cliche of the creepy lonely otaku (at least for the groups I follow).Well, except during the live by itself where everyone tend to behave like fucking animals, but that's part of the etiquette (and it's fun and most of time make the member laugh).

And yeah, every idol as her group of fan that come supporting her during chekki session at the end of each live (for a few years for some), so it's not suprising that they got some "non faked complicity" with them.

Also, your main advantage as a foreigner is that you may be sure that your oshi will remember you pretty quickly and talk about you to the other members, like if X is your oshi:
