Google could easily answer your question

Pachinko isn't a real game, sure the machines in Japan tell you can manipulate the strength of the throw and other crap but there so many variables in the machine that it might as well be all random (the point is making the loser feel he's accomplishing something while he isn't to keep him hooked more).
Hello and welcome to /jp/FAQs. This is the wrong page, you need to check /a/ -- for "assistance". Good luck!

Obligatory Kaiji posting
Play actual pinball games instead. Pro Pinball is the only series where physics are good enough to make various flipper and nudging techniques really matter (which is pretty crazy since they were made in late 90's and the modern competition is still light years behind).
Modern pachinko machines are called pachi-slots because they actually play like slot machines; when you launch enough balls in the target hole, display screen shows slot graphics which are then filled randomly one at a time and having three of the same icons gives a you "fever" where you finally start receiving balls. You win if the machine settings are set to give out lot of wins and lose if not, which is the reason you should sit on the same machine until closing time if you keep getting fevers.

Pro Pinball looks pretty cool, too bad it's not available for my OS.
I wish I played pinball more.

what's the point of emulating pachinko if you don't lose all your money?

Don't know what OS you're using, but the remake is on avaible on Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android, and it even has a cabinet mode with support for real DMD.
