I find that falling asleep while listening to Touhou music and getting your head filled with Gensokyo is great. Which touhou arrange albums/songs are the best to fall asleep to? Here's what I listen to:
xi-on - Fuusai Senritsu
https://youtu.be/GuErhIobqz8
My all time favorite Touhou album. It just screams ancient Japan and Gensokyo. I just don't play the Wind God Girl arrange when trying to sleep.
DbU Music - Serenade at the Midnight Sun

Really different from the other DbU albums, its monotous compositions and esotoric vibe helps me fall asleep.
Navigation il Mare

Similar to the Aria OST, its soothing, cheerful yet mysterious feel is great for a comfortable sleep.

Navigation il Mare is fantastic. when I listened to interlude the first time years ago I teared up, it reminded me my childhood years in that small town on the sea.
Floating Cloud is super comfy

The fact you linked Navigation il Mare already makes Foxtail Grass Studio, Mikan Box and Forest306 all relevant, they are kind of the main kings of comfy music so I don't think I need to mention them again.
Sakana Nakasako of Ringing Volcano and formerly Machikado Mapoze needs a mention, they make flawless acoustic arrangements which combine a large array of classical styles for a really light sound. They have their own Booth shop and multiple outlets so it's very easy to buy.

Bellwo of ジャージと愉快な仲間たち is a artist I rarely see mentioned who specializes in a very Latin American folk sound and has worked in the past with forest306.

One of my favourite circles ever who sadly no longer exist, miskyworks make some very soothing ambient music.

The new xi-on album coming out in two days seems to be in the same vein as Fuusai Senritsu, but with IN.
