Just have them ship to tenso. I use tenso for just about everything nowadays. It's so freaking handy.

Yeah, you have to use a proxy, Tenso is good, but they require you to submit a picture of your ID for identity verification. Another decent forwarding service is http://biginjap.com/ (they have a proxy and a forwarding service, depending on how much you can do on your own). I suggest paying 500 yen extra for the "repack" option, depending on what you're getting. Usually things like CDs aren't packed for international shipping, so the cases end up cracked if you don't have them repack it.
