It's funny, because i just finished one of the character's route in that game 2 days ago. The girl half rejects your confession, then gives you one sex scene(motherfucking nursing handjob) and you get a "and they kept on fucking" epilogue. This game handles routes in a weird way, instead of giving you 1 scene with each girl before you decide they just throw everything at you and the route themselves aren't much depending on the girl.
That and the stepmother route wasn't really well handled. Still if anyone's interested It's a good game.

I started Route of Ayano but when I realized the only heroine you can win with is Ayano I quit. Never even looked into Route of Nana. So I don't know how the story plays out in those, I think the common route is the same? Maybe?

Anyway. Kids are disappearing, even their parents don't remember they existed. Just the MC, his best friend, Ichigo, and Nana realize when they're gone. Nana has the power to stop people from moving with her lipstick, Ichigo can summon a sword from candy, and the MC hears people calling for help from his radio.

It seems like someone had a strong desire for another classmate to disappear (they're both in love with the same guy) they disappeared and it was up to Ichigo and the others to bring them back. Meanwhile the MC is a pervert that imagines the girls naked and wants to pork a 9 year old. That's all I know so far. I'm only partway in.

There's no sex in this game by the way, I guess part 2 was supposed to have all that but there is no part 2.

I thought the same before playing it but really that's just the kind of game it is. It's really just structured and built to be kinetic in a way that honestly benefits it. I've never felt as much "harem" vibes from a VN before as I have here in this game, because it's impossible to focus on one girl. MC goes around fucking all 5 girls at the same time as they coo and icha icha and so on. This simultaneous banging is really engaging as a harem story. Furthermore, the game is really short and only has as many CGs as a normal game would have for one girl, so if the game tried to let you focus on one girl you'd be done after 2-3 h-scenes. Choosing a kinetic structure and really highlighting that MC is in a harem is pretty nice.

However, despite how realistic the harem feeling was, the only genuinely worthwhile aspect of this game was how friggin HILARIOUS the setting was. It was like, to counteract low birthrates the media launches this huge campaign to indoctrinate kids into having sex and thus children. A new pregnancy test is developed that 1) confirms whether someone is pregnant after just 3 days and 2) can abort the child. So what you get is high school girls bragging about how many times they've been impregnated and bullying based on whether or not someone has gotten pregnant before. It's a riot. In fact, all the girls are in your harem in the first place because they got mocked for being virgins (pic related) and begged MC to give them impregnation practice. That's a grade-A porno plot.

I don't think it's very good in general, though. In the early game one of the character says "it's not a good harem game if they aren't all pregnant with ボテ腹" but then this harem game ends with no ボテ腹 so it's kind of like, what? The sex scenes themselves are pretty poor and the girls are as generic as you'd expect. The only two vaguely interesting ones were the blood related imouto (p.s. in this world, siblings regularly impregnate each other if they can't find any other impregnation partners) and the otaku girl, but the latter was mainly just kinda gross because you knew a dude was writing her fanservice lines and it's so unimmersive.

Anyway, I give it an unofficial Stan Burdman rating of 6.9/10 for being a porno game. Goodbye, my friends.

Uta2 has amazing banter and good speeches, heart warming dialogue. The dialogue is what makes it, same with White Album 2. Rewrite was very "anime-ish" but the yoshino banter left me on the floor laughing, hell most of the common route had a lot of witty lines.

So done with this. This really had a few nice CG and expression. Futaba "routes" are better in my opinion.

I read it years ago, close to its release. Keep in mind this is a personal opinion so your mileage may vary, but it felt exactly like the writer wanted to do something in that style but the result just fell flat in my opinion. Subahibi has a lot of strengths behind it and is thematically very powerful, nekonade just felt like a really basic approach with less interesting characters and developments. Like someone decided "I want to do something that is mysterious and with weird symbolism happening" and filling in the blanks as he goes instead of having a solid story to begin with.
I'm not good with words which is why I rarely post reviews. Again, this is personal opinion so you might love the game and I suggest you play it if it interests you.

Started reading loverable and it's making me plain uncomfortable. I don't really know how to describe it, but no one feels real. Everything they say just seems fake and uncomfortable somehow. It's like in turning into a comedy game, it morphed all the characters within the world to be weird. This is meant to be a moe game I think but it's hard to feel moe for characters which give off such a strong fake impression. I don't want to drop the game since the 店長 is pretty funny but I question the point of playing a moe game where one feels no moe.

Also I'm aware of the irony of saying anime girls feel fake. However, I don't get this impression from most games I play, even harem nukige.

First what's necessary to explain is the world. In the prologue alone, there were such events as a baseball team attempting to play a game of baseball in the middle of a cafe. Funny, but obviously fake. Then there were to kids chatting about economics and other such deep things beyond them, obviously trying to be humorous about "kids behaving like adults", but there was just no way kids would talk about stuff like that. So, from the very beginning, the world is developed ot be one where people act in fake, completely unrealistic ways to be funny. This is not something I am saying is a problem, making jokes that rely on unrealistic behavior is fine, but it sets a tone of fakeness which I don't like.

Next comes the characters in the world. The most obvious one to talk about is the MC. From what I gather, he has no personality except two traits: making jokes, and being a standard 紳士 when the time calls for it. The very first scene of the game is the imouto waking him up and asking how her school uniform looks. MC responds by saying, how much for 60 minutes (of sex). So MC is immediately established as a joker comfortable about being sexual with his sister. But in the very next scene, his imouto jokes with HIM in a sexual way, and MC gets super flustered like in a generic way. That made me feel like MC was being fake when he joked about his sister being a prostitute - he didn't say that because it was his character, he said it because the writers wanted to make a joke, and now that the joke is over, he's back to being flustered by the same kind of stuff he himself did literally minutes ago. Later, in the store, a lady is being annoying. MC solves this by sticking a spoon on his head and asking the lady to eat him while screaming about the love he has for his customers. What the fuck? That's just "who would do that, what the fuck". It has nothing to do with his character, the writers just thought it would be funny. This is evident when seconds later he acts all heroic and says LEAVE THE TROUBLE MAKERS TO ME to a maid. How can he go from making a complete fool of himself to acting incredibly cool in a serious way? It just doesn't feel consistent. Same deal when a girl falls over and he catches her. Does he make any jokes? Nope, just plays it off as a cool dude, to which the girl obviously doki dokis. He doesn't consistently play a joker, he doesn't consistently play it cool, he's just not consistent - his character changes when the world demands it.

The heroines are more consistent in general behavior, likely because the moe game aspect is forcing upon them an archetype, but they still act weird. When MC caught that girl like I mentioned before, she apologized so profusely it felt exaggerated even for a moege. She just wouldn't stop. When it comes to joke time especially, they definitely do odd things. When the imouto sexually teases him like I mentioned before, the joke went so far I just didn't feel like a real person would be making that joke, especially to their brother. Since I'm just past the prologue and it focused mainly just on giving them brief introductions, I'll refrain from any further judgments, it was mainly the MC and world that got me to make this post.


tl;dr It's like the world is morphed by the necessity of comedy and the denpa comedy waves fucks with everyone.

Play Fureraba from the same devs instead. It also has its share of absurd humor, though IIRC the protagonist in it is more consistently a joker, and the game in general feels much more heroine focused from the start due to the dialogue system and other heroine specific scenes in the common route.

I concur with this, Rina's route was amazing. The development of the relationship felt really natural and smooth and the drama was really powerfully written. Probably the best moege route I've ever read.

I really liked it
Its meant to be a comedy I guess you have to be in the mind set, I didnt like it at first and dropped it for a few years but later picked up and as I progressed I ended up liking it a whole bunch

Kinda like with renai0kilo I thought it was stupid and wondered why people would play it but I ended up really liking it

I guess its not for you, still I hated the maid cafe and felt many things could be improved.

I still liked most of the humour amd most of the characters
