printed doujins are censored by regulation but shouldn't be different from raws that you find online.
you shouldn't have THAT much trouble finding an import site but bear in mind that import duty is gonna be around €20 and most likely its gonna be held at customs.

The uncensored stuff you find online has been uncensored by fans most of the time. When you buy it from Japan it'll be censored, it's the law there.

The prices for the individual comics seem reasonable, compared to ebay or other sources...

Check Mandarake first, they have a lot of new and used doujinshi for very cheap and they offer a variety of shipping options that won't customs PROBABLY won't fuck with. There's some other site that I forgot the name of which is in English and ships from the US.

Here in the US it would be a non-issue. If you live in some third world country like the UK you'll get buttraped by your local laws governing that sort of thing.
