OP here, I pre-ordered it from one of the Good Smile Online Shop partners. Go check if your country has GSC Online Shop partners too here:

Although those partner shops usually closed their pre order faster than the GSC Online Shop apparently if you're lucky you could still pre-order it if you ask their customer service whether if they still the take the pre-order or not.
